A 4 week program, 3x week with specialized classes in endurance, strength & mental conditioning.

    • Learn how to properly set up your bike in a more efficient way

    • Learn and understand the importance of riding with resistance

    • Learn how to support your body with proper nutrition and hydration before & after

    • Fix or improve your riding form by learning more about the body’s anatomy

    • Master riding on the correct leg on any speed level

    • Build a better body-mind connection to a stronger performance and avoid injury

    • Women specific knowledge about cardio & hormones to know when to avoid spinning

    • Learn to hold a beat in any music genre for jogs and sprints (+80 BPM)

    • Learn how choreography is broken down and how to do 8 count combos

    • Improve your strength and resilience through climb intervals and power pushes

    • Learn how to properly hold an isolation, with and without hands

    • Master how to ride and hold long jogs out of the saddle for an entire song

    • Learn how to train your mind to push past a limiting mindset

    • Learn how to break down and perform 16 count combos in jogs and sprints

    • Hold and ride +7 minute climbs out of your saddle on a 80% max capacity

    • Master switching between lead leg, rarely missing the beat

    • Understand the importance of an athlete’s mind and how to build one

    • Master the ability to perform 32 count combos on jogs and sprints

    • Master isolation with no hands support

    • Learn how to break mental barriers for when it gets really uncomfortable

    • Ride and follow 60 min rhythm cycling classes without breaks

  • This isn’t a training certification, it’s meant for anybody who wants to improve their riding skills! We recommend this program to new riders and riders with 1-2 years of experience - if you want to build consistency and become better at rhythm cycling, this is the chance!

  • Absolutely! There’s always something new to learn and improve in, even for us coaches!

  • The more, the merrier! As coaches, This could be the thing you need to feel re-inspired to teach, switch it up and improve your own classes

  • Life happens! The program is designed in a way that will gradually increase your fitness level, stamina & confidence week by week. If you miss 1 or 2 classes, that’s no biggie. For the sake of seeing the results that this program can bring, it’s wise to go all in!

  • There are 3 different types of classes each week. Endurance classes will be taught by Natcha, Power classes by Ploy and Mental Conditioning by Claudia. The classes will be on Tuesday and Thursday at 6.45pm, Saturday at 10.45am

  • The regular schedule will remain the same, however every Tuesday and Thursday at 6.45pm and Saturday at 10.45am in the month of June, the classes will cater to the focus of the program.

    Regular members can sign up for the classes as usual and see a remark on the schedule if it’s a special class.

  • Yes, you have the flexibility to use up to 2 credits (from 12) for our regular classes if you miss one or two classes from the program.

  • Absolutely! Your current package credit can be applied towards any of the classes offered in the program.
